Brian Stanley is an experienced Product Development Engineer with a strong background in furniture design and manufacturing. Currently employed at Universal Furniture since October 2019, Brian specializes in developing fabric, leather, and poly patterns using AutoCAD and Lectra software, as well as creating sewing specifications and diagrams. Prior to Universal Furniture, Brian held a similar role at Southern Furniture from April 2017 to October 2019. Brian's extensive experience in the industry includes a decade at TEMPLE FURNITURE | PARKER SOUTHERN, where responsibilities ranged from managing the cutting and sewing departments to hands-on work as a Cutter/Lectra CAD Technician. Brian also served in the Army National Guard as a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic from September 2002 to August 2009. Educational background includes graduation from Maiden High School in 2002.
