Dr. Ahmed Shaltout

Dr. Ahmed Shaltout has extensive work experience in finance and leadership positions. Dr. Ahmed is currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Universal Group. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Cooker Group, where they played a crucial role in developing strategies and policies for the company and the corporate group. Dr. Shaltout also served as the Vice President for Finance and IT at Eljezirah for home appliances, where they implemented new policies and procedures approved by the board of directors. Dr. Ahmed has a strong background in financial management, as shown by their previous roles as the Chief Financial Officer at Universal for Engineering Industries and the Group Financial Controller at Kandil Steel Group. In addition, they have experience in internal audit as the Internal Audit manager at Bahgat Group and as a Senior Auditor at Mostafa Shawki & Co. Dr. Ahmed Shaltout's accomplishments include restructuring finance departments, implementing ERP systems, improving working capital rationalization, and conducting due diligence for various companies.

Dr. Ahmed Shaltout's education history begins at an unspecified time at Cairo University, where they pursued an unknown degree in an unknown field of study. Then, from 1992 to 2002, they attended Swize canal university, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Accounting.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. Ahmed Shaltout has obtained several certifications. In 1995, they became a Member of the Egyptian Society of Auditing & Accounting (MESAA). In 1996, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the Egyptain Minster of finance. The same year, they also became a Member of the Egyptian Society of Taxation (MEST). Finally, in 2008, they received the Certified Portfolio Manager (CPM) certification from the Egyptain Ministry of investment.
