Kendra Forde

Kendra Forde is an experienced health and safety professional with a strong background in injury management and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Manager of Health & Wellness at The Universal Group since April 2019, Kendra has held various titles including OHS Programs Manager and Senior Health & Safety Coordinator, where notable achievements include reducing WSBC premiums through effective claims management. Prior roles encompass a Team Lead position at NRI Distribution, and an Overnight In-Stock Associate at Walmart, along with administrative support roles in security and port operations.
