Jeffrey Ketcham

Jeffrey Ketcham has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. In 2020, they began working as a Chief Search Strategist/Content Manager for Universal Information Services, where they read, edits, and maintains accurate media results for all media subscribers. Jeffrey also works as a Content Creator for Planet Fiction Productions, where they provide freelance writing services. From 2008 to 2020, they worked at NTT DATA Services in a variety of roles, including Documentation Specialist, Internal Audit Associate, Admin Quality Standardization Lead Representative, and Life Insurance Customer Service Associate. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as an Underwriting Administrator for HOOPER HOLMES INC. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Woodwind Repair Specialist for Hume Music Inc. Additionally, from 2002 to 2003, they toured as a Saxophonist for the Ryan Patrick Imming Band.

Jeffrey Ketcham obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Creighton University between 2007 and 2011. Jeffrey also obtained a certification in Learning to Write Marketing Copy from LinkedIn in April 2020.
