Paul Shih

Paul Shih is currently the Director of Advance Assembly Solution Business unit at Universal Instruments Corporation. Prior to this role, Paul held positions such as Director of Marketing in the Semiconductor packaging division and Business Development Manager at the same company. Before joining Universal Instruments Corporation, Paul Shih worked as a Senior product manufacturing engineer at Paramit Corporation and as a North America Field Application Engineer Manager at Test Research, Inc. Paul holds a BS degree in Computer Science from ORU.
