Otto Kieslich has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. Otto began their career in 1973 as a Regional Claim Manager at TIG, where they managed a large staff and handled significant budgets. In 1994, they joined Providence Washington Insurance as a Senior Claim Manager, overseeing the development and management of a new branch office. From 1997 to 2008, they served as President and Director of Claims at Atlantic Risk Management. Following that, they worked as the Director of Claims at ISAC, where they provided operational and technical management of claim services. Since 2012, Otto has been with Universal North America, first as the Director of Claims and then as the Claim Manager. Otto is currently the Assistant Vice President of Claims. Otto Kieslich holds several certifications, including CPCLA, CCLA, CSAA, CSOE, and GLGE.
