David Williamson

David Williamson is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as Software Development Manager at Universal North America since January 2012, David leads a cross-functional team focused on the development of the Quote and Binding process for the Guidewire project. Prior roles at Universal North America include IT Network Supervisor and IT Team Lead, where responsibilities ranged from supervising the IT Infrastructure and Help Desk teams to managing on-premise virtual environments and network administration. David's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Network Engineer with The Baker Consulting Group, assisting in a significant acquisition merger, and as a Network Administrator/VOIP Administrator at Orlando Business Telephone Systems, where management of over 140 Cisco networks was a primary duty. David holds education from St. Petersburg College.
