Heather Howard

Heather Howard has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Claims Large Loss Unit Manager and Claims Trainer at Universal North America since September 2018. Prior to this role, Heather worked as a Technical Specialist at the same company from February 2013 to February 2015. Heather's experience also includes a position as a Litigation Adjuster at Tower Hill Insurance Group from February 2015 to September 2018, and a decade-long tenure at Tower Hill Insurance Group from 2002 to 2013 as a Senior Claims Examiner and Sinkhole Unit Team Lead.
