Kimberly Handley has over 25 years of experience working in various roles in the insurance industry. Kimberly currently serves as the Director of IT Business Analysis and Quality Assurance at Universal North America. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of IT Quality Assurance Testing at the same company.
