Stacy Deglow

Stacy Deglow is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Senior Territory Sales Manager at Universal North America since September 2022, Stacy focuses on delivering an exceptional Property Product Suite to the Independent Agency channel in the Greater Sacramento area and Central Valley. Previously at CSAA Insurance Group from May 2011 to September 2022, Stacy led Agent Experience initiatives and supported nearly 300 agents as a Business Process Consultant, Field Product Leader, and Territory Manager. Stacy's earlier roles include Regional Sales Manager, where significant achievements included becoming the first in that position. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Insurance from California State University, Sacramento, Stacy began the career journey as an Underwriter at Mercury Insurance Group before transitioning into marketing roles in various companies.
