Tihomir Sudetic, P.Eng., MBA, currently serves as the Plant Operations Manager at Universal Matter Inc., where responsibilities include the development and implementation of health and safety policies, establishment of supply chain channels, and management of operations staff. Concurrently, Tihomir holds the position of General Manager at Distinct Medical Aesthetics and at Nurse Jacklyn, overseeing daily operations, financial management, and strategic development within the medical aesthetics industry. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Operations for Winoa, managing operations across steel manufacturing plants in Canada and the US, and a long tenure at ArcelorMittal Dofasco, where various production management roles were held, focusing on team leadership, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Tihomir holds an MBA in International Business from York University and a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University.
