Nicole Dean has a diverse range of work experience. Nicole started their career at the State College Spikes in 2013 as an Associate. In the same year, they also worked as a Marketing Assistant/Volunteer at the Discovery Space of Central Pennsylvania. In 2014, Nicole became an Account Executive at abc27. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Universal Media, Inc. as a Media Coordinator and later became a Media Specialist. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of Programmatic Solutions, and in 2023, they became the Digital Media Director at the same company.
Nicole Dean completed their education at Penn State University from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Cedar Cliff High School from 2006 to 2010 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In addition to their formal education, Nicole has obtained several certifications from different institutions. In September 2023, they acquired certifications in DV Authentic Attention™, DV Tagging Solutions, IQ Blueprint, Programmatic Solutions, Quality Analytics, and Social Solutions from DoubleVerify. Nicole also received certifications from The Trade Desk, including Data-Driven Planning, Trading Essentials, Executive Program, and Marketing Foundations in April and March 2022.
