Brook Phillips

Brook Phillips is the Chief Executive Officer of Universal MH/DD/SAS. He has undergraduate degrees in Human Services and Criminology and earned a M.B.A. from Saint Leo University. A qualified developmental disabilities professional and a qualified mental health professional, Brook has over twenty-five years of diverse experience working in the field. He enjoys the challenge of assuring that Universal MH/DD/SAS continues its tradition of providing quality services in an ever-changing environment.
