Lynn Pueringer-Williams

Lynn Pueringer-Williams is an accomplished mortgage professional with extensive experience in underwriting and loan processing. Currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter at Universal Mortgage & Finance, Inc. since April 2017, Lynn previously held the position of Mortgage Underwriter at Bay Capital Mortgage Corporation from July 2011 to April 2017. Prior to that, Lynn worked as a Senior Loan Processor at First Home Mortgage from March 2007 to July 2011. Lynn's educational background includes studies at the University of West Florida and the University of Maryland Global Campus.
