Ian Fogarty

Ian Fogarty has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Ian currently works at Universal Music Group Nashville as the VP of Finance since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Finance at the same company from August 2019 to August 2022. From 2017 to 2019, Ian worked as VP of Finance and Accounting at Indagare. Before that, they had several roles at The Economist, including Senior Finance Manager, Financial Controller, and Senior Business Accountant from 2013 to 2017. Ian also worked at WeiserMazars LLP as a Manager in Audit and Transaction Services from October 2011 to October 2013. Ian had earlier work experience at Halifax, Bank of Scotland Ireland as a Senior in the Corporate Property Business Support Unit in 2011 and at Mazars Ireland as an Audit Senior from 2007 to 2011.

Ian Fogarty completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from NUI Maynooth in 2001-2004. Ian then pursued two Postgraduate Diplomas, one in Legal Studies, General and the other in Accounting, both from the Technological University Dublin. The Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies, General was completed in 2004-2005, followed by the Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from 2005-2006.
