Antonello Teora is currently serving as the Digital Supply Chain Manager at Universal Music Group since October 2022, where responsibilities include releases management, metadata and asset ingestion, digital production, and overseeing distribution and release processes. Prior to this role, Antonello spent five years at Syncretism Records & Events, progressing from a Digital Supply Chain & Production Intern to a Label Manager, where tasks encompassed content and distribution management, A&R oversight, and creative direction. Additionally, experience as a Promoter involved event design, booking, and marketing communications. Early in the career, Antonello worked as a Content Moderator at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. Antonello holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Business from Middlesex University, earned between 2020 and 2022.
