Brue Shin

Brue Shin is an experienced executive compensation professional currently serving as Vice President of US and Executive Compensation at Universal Music Group since January 2022. Prior to this role, Brue held the position of VP, Executive Compensation at AECOM from May 2015 to December 2021, and worked as Compensation Manager at PwC from August 2013 to May 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits at Deloitte and as a Law Clerk at AARP. Brue began the career with roles at the U.S. Department of Labor and the California Court of Appeal, as well as working as an intern at the United States Attorney's Office. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics from UCLA and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, alongside additional studies at institutions such as Universidad de Costa Rica, Universidad La Salle, and Yonsei University.
