Chloe Clements

Chloe Clements is a music industry professional with extensive experience in rights management and artist relations. Currently serving as Manager of Rights & Clearance at Universal Music Group since August 2023, Chloe previously worked as Manager of A&R at Republic Records, overseeing a roster that included Claire Rosinkranz, Joy Oladokun, and Lloyiso from December 2018 to June 2023. Chloe's background also includes roles as A&R Assistant and Marketing Intern at Republic Records as well as Digital Marketing Manager at The Tab. Earlier experience includes internships at Sony Music Entertainment and Andrew John Kim Productions, where assistance was provided in record composition and production. Chloe holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor of Music in Music Business from New York University.
