Jennifer Beal

Jennifer Beal has extensive experience in the music industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Production for the East Coast Label Group at Universal Music Group since September 2005. Beal has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Production, overseeing productions for major labels such as Republic Records, Def Jam Recordings, Island Records, and Verve Label Group. Prior to these roles, Beal was Senior Director of Production for Universal Motown Republic Group, managing production aspects for commercial and digital releases. Earlier experience includes serving as International Asset Exchange Manager for Universal Music Group and Manager of Music Marketing & Acquisitions at PlayJ.com. Beal started the career in product development and marketing for Ellipsis Arts. Jennifer Beal holds a degree from Berklee College of Music.
