Kimberly Brewer

Kimberly Brewer is an experienced benefits analyst with a strong background in the implementation and management of benefits systems. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Universal Music Group since February 2022, Kimberly previously held senior roles at Roche from June 2011 to February 2022, where responsibilities included leading the Workday Benefits implementation project and managing annual benefits open enrollment. With expertise in medical, dental, and vision benefits plans, Kimberly has acted as a liaison between the benefits team and IT, while ensuring the effective management of vendor relations and system testing. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Norfolk State University, earned in 1990.
