Manuel Peña has extensive experience in the music and entertainment industry, currently serving as Managing Director for the Andean, Central America, and Caribbean Region at Universal Music Group since March 1997. Over the years, Manuel Peña has held various executive positions, including EVP of Operations, Strategic Marketing, Classics for LATAM & US Latin, EVP of Non-Recording Activities for LATAM, and Managing Director for multiple regions including Southern Cone and Central America. Prior to joining Universal Music Group, Manuel Peña worked at Centros Comerciales Continente (Carrefour) as a Product Manager for Music, Books & Films and as an Internal Auditor, and began the career as a Stock Exchange Analyst at Ibercorp S.V.B. Manuel Peña holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, completed in 1991.
