Melissa Goh

Melissa Goh currently serves as the Vice President of People Inclusion & Culture at Universal Music Group, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Head of People & Culture for APAC & MEA at VICE Media from October 2021 to October 2024. Melissa's extensive experience in human resources includes serving as Regional Director of Human Resources for Asia at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from May 2018 to October 2021, as well as HR Lead for SEA+. Additional roles include HR Business Partner for SEA & ANZP at Discovery Inc from November 2016 to May 2018 and Head of Human Resources at Cognita Schools from January 2016 to November 2016. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management from Murdoch University and an Associate's Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Staffordshire.
