Michael Hale is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a DevOps Engineer in the Platform Services division at Universal Music Group since February 2020. Michael began a career in technology support as a Customer Service and Lync Support contractor for Deloitte through Apex Systems. Educational pursuits include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Liberty University and a degree in Culinary Arts Management from The Art Institutes of Nashville.
