Naomi McMahon possesses extensive experience in marketing and business development within the music and creative industries. At Universal Music Group, McMahon served as EVP of Global Marketing & Partnerships from August 2015 to June 2023, following a role as SVP, Head of Strategic Marketing and Partnerships in the USA. Prior to this, Naomi held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Arcade Creative Group from June 2011 to June 2015 and was Executive Director at The VIA Agency, where record revenue growth was achieved. During tenure at Trinity College Dublin, McMahon led the Greater New York Alumni Association, significantly increasing membership and initiating notable alumni events. Early career experience includes working as a Marketing Executive at Enterprise Ireland, specializing in strategies for Irish technology and fashion sectors. Naomi holds a Master's degree in Business and Strategic Management from Trinity College Dublin and a certificate in Essentials in Retail Advancement from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
