Tunji Balogun

Tunji Balogun currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Def Jam Recordings, a role held since January 2022 at Universal Music Group. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of A&R at RCA Records from April 2018 to December 2021, and as VP of A&R prior to that. Balogun's career began at Warner Bros. Records and included various roles at Interscope Records, where a broad experience across departments was gained. Balogun's educational background features a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Pomona College and a diploma from Deerfield Academy.
