Pratin Vete

Pratin Vete has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Pratin currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Universal NutriScience Pvt Ltd, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the President of India Business at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited from July 2019 to October 2022. Pratin also worked at Cipla as the Senior Vice President for Chronic & Emerging Business from November 2017 to July 2019. Before that, they held the role of Senior Director of Business Operations at Sanofi from January 2015 to November 2017. Pratin's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Business Advisory Services at Ernst & Young from September 2012 to January 2015 and as the Senior Director of Commercial Operations at Sanofi Aventis from June 2005 to June 2012. Pratin also served in various roles at Novartis and Sanofi (Roussel India Ltd) in the field of business development and market research from 1991 to 2003.

Pratin Vete obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 1985 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT, specializing in computer programming and systems management, for the duration of 1987-1988. Finally, Pratin went back to the University of Mumbai to complete their Master of Management Studies (MMS) degree in Marketing from 1988 to 1990.
