Ashley Chobot

Ashley Chobot is a seasoned sourcing professional with significant experience in strategic sourcing and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Manager at Universal Destinations & Experiences since May 2016, Ashley has successfully developed and implemented sourcing strategies for Technical Services while leading a team of four sourcing professionals. Previous roles include positions as a Senior Sourcing Specialist and Strategic Sourcing Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed managing the request for proposal process and enhancing vendor relationships. Prior to Universal Destinations & Experiences, Ashley held various roles at UTC Aerospace Systems, including Cost Reduction Senior Analyst and Strategic Sourcing Analyst, focusing on cost reduction and sourcing strategies for major platforms. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial & Organizational and Behavioral Analysis, complemented by a minor in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University.
