Carlie Bolling

Carlie Bolling is a Senior Industrial Engineer at Universal Destinations & Experiences, having joined the company in June 2020. In this role, Carlie focuses on enhancing operational efficiencies at existing and new parks, while developing and implementing strategic workforce plans for upcoming projects like Epic Universe. Prior experience includes serving as an Industrial Engineer, where Carlie led staffing initiatives and collaborated with security to improve processes, as well as positions as Associate Industrial Engineer and Industrial Engineering Co-op, contributing to labor optimization and attraction improvements. Carlie also has experience as a Teaching Assistant in Engineering Entrepreneurship at the University of Pennsylvania, and as a Student Athlete during studies.
