Chuck Nilsen Cgma

Chuck Nilsen, CPA CGMA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Chuck currently holds the position of Senior Director of Global Business Development at Universal Parks & Resorts since November 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Development Finance at Universal Orlando from October 2013 to November 2021. Chuck also served as a Senior Manager of Global Financial Planning & Analysis at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in 2012. Nilsen's career includes roles at CHEP, where they worked as a Manager of Sales Finance Analysis from July 2010 to March 2012, and as a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis from January 2007 to June 2010. Chuck also held various positions at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, such as Manager of Corporate Financial Strategy from July 2005 to January 2007, Senior Treasury Analyst from July 2004 to July 2005, Team Lead and Senior Corporate Financial Analyst from April 2001 to July 2004, Plant Accountant from March 2000 to April 2001, Manager of Information Technology from June 1998 to March 2000, Staff Accountant from December 1997 to June 1998, and Accounting Intern from June 1997 to December 1997.

Chuck Nilsen, CPA CGMA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business/Information Technology from Kent State University's Graduate School of Management. Chuck also possesses a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from The University of Akron. In addition to their academic achievements, Chuck has obtained several certifications, including Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) from the AICPA, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from both the Ohio Board of Accountancy and the Florida Board of Accountancy, and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the AICPA.
