David Grimm

David Grimm has extensive work experience in the theme park industry. David began their career at Disneyland Paris as an Industrial Engineer from 1991 to 1992. David then worked at Walt Disney World as an Associate through Senior Industrial Engineer from 1988 to 1995, and later as a Manager of Planning and Industrial Engineering from 1995 to 1998. Following this, they joined Universal Orlando Resort as the Director of Operational Planning and Analysis from 1998 to 2005, and then as the Senior Director of Business Development and Quality Engineering from 2005 to 2011. David then moved to Universal Destinations & Experiences, where they held the position of Vice President of Business Development & Quality Engineering from 2011 to 2016, and later as the Senior Vice President of Business Analytics and Industrial Engineering from 2016 to the present. Throughout their career, David has focused on implementing innovative solutions, enhancing cost control and profitability, and leading projects aimed at improving performance and reducing costs.

David Grimm holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. David also obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Penn State University. Furthermore, they hold a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, also from Penn State University.
