Jason Simon has had extensive work experience in the theme park industry, primarily with Universal Parks & Resorts. Jason started their career in 2003 as a Supervisor in Entrance Operations at Universal Orlando Resort and gradually advanced to roles such as Manager of Guest Services & VIP Experience and Manager of Entrance Operations. In these positions, they oversaw various operational aspects, implemented innovative guest experiences, and managed large teams. Jason also provided support for the opening of Universal Studios Singapore and played a key role in the opening operations of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resort. Since 2017, they have been working as the Director of UO/Epic Application Delivery at Universal Parks & Resorts, where they are responsible for managing IT-related systems and driving their launch into the market. Additionally, they served as the Director of International Operations for the Universal Beijing Resort, leading the opening senior leadership team and designing an all-digital facial recognition sales and redemption system.
Jason Simon attended the University of Central Florida from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
