Kathryn Smith has a strong background in business intelligence and analytics. Kathryn started their career in 2005 as a Senior Business Analyst at the State of Utah, Department of Workforce Services. Kathryn then moved on to Wyndham Vacation Ownership, where they worked as a Manager and later as a Director, focusing on operational analytics and business insights. In 2017, they joined Universal Orlando Resort as a Manager in the Business Intelligence department. Kathryn continued to advance their career at Universal Parks & Resorts, where they held the position of Senior Manager of Business Intelligence before being promoted to their current role as Director of Business Insights in 2022. In their current role, Kathryn leads a team that provides end-to-end data services for digital guest experiences and online business performance.
