Ken Fite

Ken Fite is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio and project management within the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Portfolio Management at Universal Destinations & Experiences since April 2023, Ken is responsible for overseeing digital and technology projects. Previously, Ken held key roles at Fiserv, including Director of Technical Program Management and Manager of Technical Project Management, where significant contributions were made to the delivery of strategic programs and complex initiatives. Prior to Fiserv, Ken's leadership at SunTrust Bank focused on operations project management for credit and debit card projects, enhancing systems with substantial financial implications. Ken began a career in project management at Aon Hewitt, managing cross-functional teams through complex implementations. Ken's early career includes an on-air position at Clear Channel Communications, complemented by academic credentials, including an MBA in Entrepreneurship and dual BA degrees in Psychology and Communications from the University of Central Florida.
