Michael Solorzano

Michael Solorzano currently holds the position of Manager, New Attraction Development at Universal Destinations & Experiences, since January 2024. Prior to this role, Michael amassed over 20 years of experience at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, where responsibilities included serving as Guest Experience Manager at Walt Disney World, leading the opening team for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, managing scheduling and labor for multiple attractions, and overseeing a large workforce of commercial drivers. Michael's background also includes significant contributions to event operations at Disneyland Resort and a brief role as Maze Supervisor at Queen Mary: Dark Harbor. Additionally, Michael completed the Disney University Emerging Leaders Management Intern Program, earning a certificate in Motivational Leadership. Educational credentials include a high school diploma from Chaffey High School.
