Nicole Rupell

Nicole Rupell has over 20 years of experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and workforce management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Parks Technology - Workforce Management Systems at Universal Destinations & Experiences since May 2011, Nicole has progressed through various roles within the organization, including Manager and Supervisor. Prior to Universal, Nicole worked at Orlando Health as an HRIS Consultant, supporting one of Florida's major healthcare networks. Experience also includes serving as HRIS Coordinator at Northrop Grumman Corporation and as Human Resources Coordinator at sanofi-aventis, where daily HRIS operational support was provided to large teams. Nicole holds a B.S. in Global Business from Farleigh Dickinson University.
