Sarah Kaczmarek

Sarah Kaczmarek currently serves as the Senior Coordinator of Employee Relations at Universal Destinations & Experiences, a position held since June 2023, where responsibilities include supporting Legal, Finance, EHS & Admin as well as the Guest Contact Center and Destination Universal. Previously, Sarah worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Loews Hotels & Co from May 2021 to June 2023, focusing on Sapphire Falls Resort. Earlier roles include Bridal Consultant at Solutions Bridal Designer House and Lily's Bridal, Sales Associate at Universal Orlando Resort, and Lifeguard at Walt Disney World during the Disney College Program. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Seton Hill University and is currently pursuing a Juris Masters in Employment Law HR Risk Management at Florida State University, expected to graduate in 2024.
