Sayenne Flanegin

Director, Measurement Marketing Science at Universal Destinations & Experiences

Sayenne Flanegin's work experience begins in 2010 when they joined KRE8 MEDIA as an Analytics Manager. In this role, they supervised and analyzed advertising performance for clients with annual billings surpassing $24 million. Sayenne also assisted clients in building and maintaining marketing databases and ensured data integrity.

In 2013, Sayenne moved to ESPN as a Senior Research Analyst. Here, they supported Latin American advertising sales by analyzing campaign effectiveness and showcasing ESPN's brand health and market positioning. Sayenne also provided ad sales with analysis of campaign and media effectiveness based on audience parameters.

In 2016, Sayenne joined Universal Orlando Resort as a Senior Manager of Omni-Channel Analytics. Sayenne held this role until 2019 and was responsible for various analytics-related tasks.

Finally, Sayenne currently works at Universal Parks & Resorts as the Director of Measurement Marketing Science, a position they have held since September 2019.

Sayenne Flanegin completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Economics, specializing in Finance, from UCF College of Business. Sayenne pursued their Master of Business Administration from UCF College of Business as well.
