Teresa Crews

Teresa Crews has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Teresa currently holds the position of Director, Sales Program Development & Training at Universal Parks & Resorts since June 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Universal Orlando Resort starting in 2011, where they held various roles such as Sr. Manager, Program Development & Management, Manager, Sales Program Development, Manager of Sales, Youth Programs, and Sales Manager, Youth Programs. Before their time at Universal, they worked at Novartis from 2002 to 2011, where they rose through the ranks and held positions such as Executive Sales Consultant & Senior Sales Specialist, Cardiovascular Sales Specialist, and Senior Sales Consultant/Sales Representative. Teresa also has experience as a Sales Representative at Elan in 2001 and as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Florida WonderWorks from 1997 to 2001. At the start of their career, they were a High School Teacher at Orange & Charlotte County Public Schools from 1991 to 1997.

Teresa Crews pursued their education at several institutions. From 1986 to 1990, they attended Florida Southern College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a focus on Pre-Med. Teresa also completed minors in Sociology and Physical Education during their time there. Following this, in 1992, they obtained a Secondary Education Teacher's Certificate from the Florida Department of Education. In 1993, they briefly attended the University of Central Florida to study Physical Therapy. Teresa also engaged in Continuing Education at Valencia College in 2009, though it does not specify a specific degree obtained.
