Thomas Christensen

Thomas Christensen has an extensive background in cloud architecture and IT support, currently serving as Cloud Architect and previously as Senior Cloud Engineer at Universal Destinations & Experiences since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Central Florida, where Thomas worked as Cloud Systems Architect III and Interim IT Manager, among others, from May 2012 to September 2019. Thomas's earlier positions include Desktop Specialist at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and various roles at Apple, Inc., and The Walt Disney Company, where customer service excellence was a key focus. Educationally, Thomas holds a BSBA in Management with a concentration in Decision Information Sciences from the University of Florida, earned between 1996 and 1999.
