Massimiliano Aschi

Massimiliano Aschi has extensive experience in IT security and project management, currently serving as a member of the Security Office and Data Protection Oversight Committee at the International Post Corporation since March 2022 and as Group Chairman at the Universal Postal Union since May 2021. As a Senior IT Security Specialist at Poste Italiane since July 2001, Massimiliano has contributed to initiatives such as the Security Innovation Laboratory and has participated in EU-funded research projects focused on cybersecurity and digital identity management. Previous roles include IT Project Manager at Poste Italiane, IT Project Leader at Eustema S.p.A., and Co-Founder of Thaos S.r.l. Massimiliano holds a Second Level Master's degree in Homeland Security with a focus on cybersecurity from Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma.
