Wesley Way has worked in various roles since 2003. Wesley was a Central Region Sales Specialist at Creekview G.C. from 2003 to 2007. From 2007 to 2018, they held various roles at Universal Power Group, Inc. and UPG, including Director of Sales, Sales Specialist, Central Region, and Sales. From 2017 to 2018, they were an Owner/Partner at Helios PSC, and from 2018 to present, they have been the Owner of Power Solutions Direct.

Wesley Way attended Navarro College, where they obtained a degree in Business Management with a field of study in Business/Commerce, General.
