Edwin Echeverry, BSCS MBA, possesses extensive experience in IT systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Systems Administrator at Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company since April 2010, Edwin Echeverry manages a team responsible for the maintenance of over 130 production and development servers and 300+ desktops within two data centers, along with overseeing Windows Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, and WSUS for a user base of over 350. Earlier experience as an IT Technical Support Specialist at Western Union involved assembling and troubleshooting various computer systems, maintaining over 300 desktops and laptops, and providing support to over 4,000 agents globally. Edwin Echeverry holds an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University, complemented by an Associate in Arts from Broward College.
