Tuck Poon

Tuck Poon is a seasoned RF System Designer currently employed at Universal Quantum since June 2025. With extensive experience in the field, Tuck previously held significant roles at IDEX Biometrics as Senior Director of Applications Engineering and Principal Engineer of System Design from January 2017 to June 2025. Prior positions include System Architect at Atmel Corporation and IC Design Engineer at DNA Electronics, as well as roles at Mirics Ltd, Cambridge Consultants Ltd, and Sony Semiconductor & Devices Europe, where responsibilities included analogue ASIC design. Tuck earned a degree in Electrical and Information Sciences from the University of Cambridge between 1997 and 2001.
