Mr. McMillan, a recognized 37 year railway professional in the operations, maintenance and construction of class 1 and industrial rail services, sits at the helm of Universal Rail Systems’ Operations team. He is responsible for the development of corporate strategies, and new business potential while remaining focused on growing Universal Rail Systems’ presence and impact across Canada within all sectors served by rail.
