Pam McGladdery

Pam McGladdery has extensive work experience in various roles. From 1999, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at URSA (Universal Rehabilitation Service Agency), where they were responsible for managing the agency's operations, fundraising, program development, staffing, budget management, and government negotiations. Pam successfully implemented an "Employer of Choice Program" that reduced staff turnover and introduced various employee benefits and recognition programs. In 2022, they joined Bow Valley College as an Instructor in Disability Studies. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1999, they worked as a Residential Supervisor at the Society for Treatment of Autism.

Pam McGladdery has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Human Service Administration from Grant Macewan University, which was obtained from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Recreation and Leisure from Kelsey SIAST Campus between the years 1989 and 1991.
