Emy Molina

Emy Molina has extensive experience in the field of sales and distribution management, currently serving as B2B Product Owner and Group Channel Development Manager at Universal Robina Corporation since February 2019. In this role, Emy oversees the Distributor Management Group, focusing on the execution of sales and distribution strategies across 45 regional distributors in the Philippines. Prior to this, Emy held significant positions at Mondelez Philippines, Inc. as the Distributor Business Process and Change Management Lead, and at Kraft Foods (Phils.), Inc. as the Territory Distributor Executive and Customer Finance Channel Manager. Emy is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Arellano University School of Law, having previously obtained a BS in Accountancy from Pamantasan Lungsod ng Maynila.
