Justin Pe

Justin Pe currently serves as a Senior Brand Manager and Product Owner for Ready-To-Drink at Universal Robina Corporation (URC), focusing on the Goodday Cultured Milk Drink and developing corresponding marketing strategies. Since joining URC in 2014, Justin has progressed through various roles, including Brand Manager for New Food Ventures and Head of R&D Confectionery, where leadership led to significant cost savings and successful product launches. Prior experience includes positions at Pilipinas Shell, Unilever as a Research and Development Intern, and other firms focusing on product development and quality assurance. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from New York University.
