Matthew Adrian L. Alvarez is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Team Lead for BAU Powdered and Ready-to-drink Beverages at Universal Robina Corporation since August 2016. In this role, Matthew manages existing products and new product development for powdered mixes and ready-to-drink beverages. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Practicum Trainee in the Quality Assurance Department at Universal Robina Corporation in June 2015, where responsibilities included analyzing raw materials and food packaging for compliance with standards. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from the University of Santo Tomas, with additional studies at Texas A&M University and Kasetsart University. Matthew completed secondary education at Jubilee Christian Academy.
