Lotte Sodemann Sørensen

Lotte Sodemann Sørensen is the current VP HR at Universal Robots. Prior to their current position, they were the Director HR, People and Culture at Nordisk Film from September 2017 to April 2022. There, they were responsible for leading the strategic people & culture agenda across a portfolio of creative content across film, series and pc/consol games development, cinemas and gifting experiences. Sodemann Sørensen was also responsible for driving culture with a united sense of team, diversity, inclusion and belonging.

Prior to their position at Nordisk Film, Sodemann Sørensen was the Vice President HR at eBay from October 2016 to September 2017. There, they were responsible for building and leading Talent & Human Capital strategies for eBay EMEA. Sodemann Sørensen was also the executive HR lead for eBay EMEA and a partner with Sr Vice President of eBay EMEA business.

Sodemann Sørensen was also the Sr. Director, HR, eBay Global Classifieds Group at eBay Inc from December 2008 to August 2016. In this role, they were responsible for leading the human resources agenda for the Global Classifieds Group. This included developing and implementing people strategies in support of business goals, managing talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations and engagement, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development and change management.

Sodemann Sørensen has also served as a Member Board Of Trustees for Nordisk Film Palads and Nordisk Film Biografer a/s.

Sodemann Sørensen started their career in HR as the HR Manager at Den Bla Avis from April 2003 to April 2009. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of human resources including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and engagement, and health and safety. Sodemann Sørensen was also responsible for organizational development and change management.

From January 1994 to December 2003, Sodemann Sørensen was the Head of Development at Den Blå Avis. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development agenda across all areas of the company. This included new product development, business process improvement, organizational development and change management.

Lotte Sodemann Sørensen has a certification in Advanced interpretation from A&D Resources. Lotte also has a certification in Hogan from A&D resources. Lotte is a certified Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry and has a certification in Driving Business Performance through Talent Management from Harvard Business School. Lotte Sodemann Sørensen also has a Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Change management and Organizational Development from Aarhus Business College. Lastly, they have a certification in Garuda - Licence Partnership from Garuda Research Institute.

They are on a team with Denis Pineda - Regional President, LATAM, Kim Nørgaard Andreasen - Chief Financial Officer, and Anders Billesø Beck - VP Strategy & Innovation. Lotte Sodemann Sørensen reports to Jurgen von Hollen, President.
