Jeffrey Chen

Jeffrey Chen serves as the Chairman and CEO of Universal Scientific Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a leading global electronic manufacturing service provider, since April 1999. Additionally, Jeffrey Chen has been an Independent Board Member at Mercuries & Associates Holding, Ltd. since June 2015 and an Executive Board Member of ASE Technology Holding Co., Ltd. since June 2003, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic decisions at the group level. Previous experience includes various managerial roles at ASE Global, including Executive Vice President, where contributions involved financial leadership and operations management. Jeffrey Chen holds an MBA in Finance from The University of British Columbia and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2022.
